THE 7 STEPS TO YOUR PERFECT HOME
1) You fill out a wish list and our design plan agreement and send a deposit to secure our first meeting (50% of the design fee).
2) We meet in your home or online virtually. You provide a floor plan. No worry if you do not have one, as we produce the drawings. Call us at 212.366.5682 or

3) We listen to your needs, preferences and aspirations to be sure all are addressed. We present a sign off sheet confirming your direction and preferences to design a home just for you. We then request payment to expedite your design (50% of the design fee).
4) We schedule a site visit to measure and create your unique, personalized design plan.
5) We create a computerized floor plan that diagrams the room layouts. Our design is presented via Microsoft Power Point with swatches and color palettes.
6) We confirm your approval and present the final budget for all of the furniture and furnishings. Payments can be made via credit card. We purchase every aspect of your home (80% final purchases).
7) We ship everything to our warehouse, inspect and oversee every aspect of the installation (20% upon final approval).
