Scope of Work: KDD was contracted to transform this Platinum private residence into a distinctive home for our international clients. The developer's flooring was replaced with a rough hewed wood with antique markings. This immediately transformed the space and provided a strong contrast to the modern furniture and furnishings. The window treatment was inspired by the clients home in Zurich. It consists of lighting placed behind a metal painted soffit . The combination of the silver mini-blinds and white linen drapery completed the diaphanous look to framing the New York skyline.
