Scope of Work: This private residence includes three floors of a historic manufacturing building. KDD created a water feature in the main entrance which
included installing a 14ft long fountain in stainless steel that is currently the home of a dozen koi (fish). The main living room featured 20 ft high ceilings with decorative cement wall features. The drapery system was imported from Italy. The sliding panels created
an interesting laying effect to the space.
